 est selling author (over 500,000 books), television host and celebrity, a legend in her own lunch-time. Now in her 50s, Di once hosted Channel 10's Good Morning Australia in the 80s, seven years of breakfast telly. Her latest and 8th book is Scatter The Stars, published by Pan Macmillan. A portrait of her, painted for the 1993 Archibald Prize, is too big for her Byron Bay home so hangs in the office of her publisher, James Fraser, having hung in the Sydney Hilton for a few years. Twice divorced Di's Godfather was Chips Rafferty. An earlier book Tears Of The Moon is being made into a film with her retaining the film rights to the book.  |
