lso known as Swy, a gambling game played with 2 pennies and a kip.
The heads side of each penny is highly polished whilst the tails side is marked with a white cross. The coins are then tossed from a wooden holder called a kip.
The object of the game is to bet on the result of the toss - two heads or two tails with one of each being a rethrow.
The game came from the old English coin game of pitch and toss.
The lookout for police at an illegal game is known as a cockatoo. The cockatoo parrot flock always has one of the flock watching for danger whilst eating or drinking.
