 ctor who made his mark in Hollywood, born in Sydney on 11th January, 1930.Rod trained as a painter before turning to acting. He played in several stage shows and two films before taking the giant leap and moving to U.S.A. in 1955. Taylor starred in The Time Machine and Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds.  |
