FAUNA Yowie |  |
 n aggressive group of Yowies is believed to reside in bushland around the western NSW township of Coonabarabran.The yowie is an ape-like or homanid creature that inhabits parts of Australia including the Snowy Mountains and Blue Mountains. The yowie stands between 200 and 250cm tall, is muscular with a large head and little or no neck and with matted hair. Sightings of the yowie should be reported to Australian Hominid Research director Hugh Jarze.  |
